same here today states changed to actively being reviewed by USCIS , I believe it’s mean now they working on it , my pd dec 21 2019

how do you access the documents page? I have an account but I never see a document section

yes that’s what mine was showing it and a week later I got the approval letter

@leslyn when your on the home page there are tabs for case status, case history, and documents. you’ll find it there under files

@mirago I was lpr when I filled , I become us citizen 2 weeks ago and I got update my file to US Citizen 4 days ago and got the approval today

approval letter is the same which says I 130 approval notice right?

unfair! my friend applied in June 2020 6 months after me and he got everything done and his wife come here after 9 month lol it’s all unfair depending which service center you applied for it’s hard bro

@ mohamed same case ... after my case change into citiznship it says case actively reviewing but it’s been 6 months nothing

my has being reviewing since may 11 my office is march 12 2020

oh maybe you can only see the documents page if your filed online! I filed online so all my document are on there. I believe if you sent it in by mail you might not have a documents tab but of course idk for sure

it shows on both my laptop and mobile on my account

@amy this app give you Notification and after they you get email with change status and when you open online account click on document you will see the letter they will send you by mail later
