I-130 approved
my case has been approved yesterday in 1st of April after more than 11 months of waiting form Vermont Service Center. Thanks god.
Approved less than 1 month of RFE response. No interview was required as my spouse and I live overseas.
And I truly appreciate everyone in this community who has shared greatly useful info..
I hope luck for you all waiting, it is a longe journey but with patience everything hopefully will be as you planed.
although lawfully status has not been changed on the first day the approval letter has been found in the USCIS account.

as your case seems to be outside normal processing time.

@Dhrew S they were asking to submit more EVIDENCE OF BONA FIDE MARITAL RELATIONSHIP. Basically additional evidences to prove that we have a marital relationship..

SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF BONA FIDE MARITAL RELATIONSHIP. such as witnesses of people came to the wedding or know us both, identical address registrations, tickets and travellings we both had with entry and exit stamps, Marriage certificate, a set of photos having us both and other members of the family will help too.
And any other evidence you feel establishes the marriage.

oh wow that’s it? okay i was just making sure I’m on the safe side, and didn’t forget anything for mine. I technically also submitted that, also joint bank statements; and stuff, of course my marriage is a true bona fide marriage. 💕 thanks for the response @Anas
