i was sent an RFIE and they stopped any progress on my case. Like the person who wrote the post said, your case will be delayed once you were issued an RFIE. It basically pushes your case to the back of the line.

yanner v . yea it’s sad. unfortunately there is no one to advice . and lawyers charge too much. make sure you send them everything togather . and use online service instead of mailing. create an account on uscis website if you don’t have one. it’s quick and easy.

the sad thing is, I used a lawyer to avoid this. I have an online account set up but he insisted to mail the evidence in.

yea. it push you back. but if you don’t send them evidence within timeframe they gave you. your case will be denied.

they actively reviewed a month ago and then approved next month.

you can file i485 after approval not before approval.

Marriage contract, birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport photos, wedding party photos, house rent contract

you need original marraige certificate with English translation. I suggest don’t send anything unless they ask for additional evidence it will delay ur case.

You don't need to file I-485 to make your case faster. No one ,not even a lawyer can predict the USCIS. Every case is different in is own way. Almost everything people say including this app is based on ear say, gossip, past experience and predictions.
