when did you apply for i130

it takes 180 days or less to be approved. mine i-485 was denied due to affidavit of support but now approved.

my i130 was approved a few weeks ago and I have been waiting for my 485 …… :(

@Ivan R We didn’t send the recent tax returns but we had submitted all the documents for our joint sponsor.

@God Knows did you reopen your case?

@chrissy chu yes, I sent the i-290B together with the joint sponsor and after 160 days they sent a medical rfe and 180 days my case was approved.

@chrissy chu when did they approved your i130? mine when on actively reviewing and after they denied the i 485 for similar reasons as yours(missing recent taxes).
