yes, they have a section to contact them for immigration issues. They then call you and send you a form to fill out

this same Baltimore? did you do interview? also the last rfe you got, what field office did it come from?

Yes, Baltimore. Interview waived. Last RFE was last month to send medical and vaccines

I did my interview last year aug 10 but still no decision

@A Ch, when did you contact Senator’s office? Did it take over a month before you got approved after the contact?

After my application was outside normal processing. Once Senator contacted them, they took 4w to update my case and ask for medical/vaccines

Once I submitted medical which took me 2 weeks plus another week for them to officially acknowledge that they receive it plus 3 days before getting approval

good congratulations but mine they said Baltimore field office take upto 48.5 months to take decision

I contact my senetor here in cali and they send me a form to full out and Sen back hope I get some results soon
