I-130
Hi everyone im very stressed about my case my I-130 that was initially submitted in June 2022. Since becoming a U.S. citizen in October 2024, I called USCIS to request an upgrade of my I-130 case, and I was advised to allow 30 days for processing. However, it has been several months, and I have not received any updates or changes to my case status.
I need some help!

my case was like this i applied in july 2022 i become a us citizen in august 2024 i sent a letter to uscis i put my case number and tell them I would like to change my case to us citizen with a copy of my citizenship i sent the mail on thursday and my case was approved on tuesday

But you are F2B, the oldest child of a resident, and if you change category, you will be serious F1 longer or you put your category bad.
