I submitted an I-130 petition for my spouse on may 6, 2025.
My case has been at "Receive notice as sent" for a while now and I haven't received any update yet.
• I'm trying to understand where USCIS has reached - have they already started approving may 2025 cases?

hi , USCIS is currently approving June 2024 cases.The current timeframe for I130 approvals are 14-16 months notwithstanding the fact that some cases will take a longer time.Hope that helps.

yeah we still waiting since September 2024. prepare yourself to wait AT LEAST a year.
