I tried chatting with a live agent and they were not able to tell me when the case was transferred! all they told me is things I already know!

mine also started in Nebraska..the receipt letter stated Nebraska and I found out the other day that my case is in Vermont. The agent read that it’s been in Vermont since Oct 7th which is when they received the case and sent the letter saying it got assigned to Nebraska. This does not make any sense to me. My case has been actively reviewed since feb 20th.

@almaHT mine is exactly the same found out today it's in Vermont pd 0ct 8th 2021 letter said assigned to Nebraska active review feb 20, 2022. ,just wow I wonder how like now😢

same thing!! I also recently found out that it’s in Vermont even though letter said Nebraska 😒

@alma HT have you had any updates? our cases are the same ( well PD off by one day) mine is Oct 8, but transfer from Nebraska to Vermont, AR date . did you file for the K3?

@Daajiyah Lamb I also read somewhere that if you didn’t receive a notice directly from USCIS that you shouldn’t consider your case as transferred. Also in most cases they transfer so that they don’t cause any delay on your case and if they transfer from a center with shorter processing time to a center with longer processing time that that won’t cause any delays and you are still to look at the processing time from your initial case center..that made sense to me and I will choose to believe that ☺️

@ Alma HT hee hee, great I choose to believe that too, yes that makes sense for us😂😃. yes , I am in Katy Texas and I expressed my K3 and they signed for it in Lewisville yesterday. so heard about 3 weeks after is when people usually get approved , I also signed up and sent the form in to be notified electronically with the receipt as well as mail it to my house. please please kmp.

Daajiyah Lamb haha we have to find ways to distract ourselves..I sent my K3 to Lewisville and I didn’t get a receipt notice yet. I’m expecting to receive it sometime next week. My husband is from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

@Daajiyah Lamb ok..lets see…I can’t wait for April 4th to come..I am very impatient..I keep checking the status on USCIS maybe 10 times a day..hopefully they can’t see that on the back end..they may think I am an unstable person 😂😂
