I-129F
Can I or my overseas spouse file a I-129F while her case is in Administrative Processing ? IR1. Visa. I am the Petitioner, we are both currently overseas. thanks for any advice. kevin

and I-129F is Only for fiances* if you're married you need to file a different document

apparently, you can file form I-129F then choose k-3 section. its free you just need to mail it to uscis. search for that form and see all instructions on married couples

also you have to be a us citizen to file a O-129F k-3 form
