I -130 submit on 30 of August 2021 to tsc until now no update is that normal ???
I'm so confused because I don't get any updates just the sent 797c they receive the I-130 did any have the same with taxes service center?

yea perfectly normal. give it 6-8 months before something actually starts to happen

Michae@# but I have one of my friend's his case change to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS by only take 2 month to get update

Yea it normal, is not everyone that got actively reviewed by usics and that doesn't mean they not working on your case
My pd is August 20 too
And actively reviewed September 22
Haven't hear anything from them since then.

I got actively reviewed status after 3 months of 797c

I send my case by mail, and I got IOE receipt notice that was on 2019 and it’s already 2021 and I haven’t received no actively review or approved, it’s almost 2 years and nothing as yet!!!

PD is May 3 2021 and still no update. So don't worry. Texas is a little bit slow this year.

it’s case by case. I-130 will usually take about slightly less than a year

@dayo, yes everything is okay, my case was at California then transferred to Potomac and still now, nothing yet!!
