how to contact NVC
hello lovelies ! so my case got approved on the 5th of July and was sent to NVC on the 8th July, I have paid all fees but one of them is still showing not paid. I have tried contacting them but to no avail. please can somebody help because am unable to submit the application and the documents needed because of this issue. thanks everyone!

log into CEAC and go to the “start now” buttons located under affidavit of support documents and civil documents.

there is an inquiry option on NVC website. write your case they will reply in 7 days.

harry Joseph, sometimes it depends on where the case is being processed at and also every time they ask for a RFE, it pushes it back. in all am grateful it got approved now. I wish everyone a divine speed and good luck being the wait is not easy at all 🙏
