How much proof should I include?
Received RFE on my I130 for validity of marriage, I have our kids birth certificates, our marriage certificate, photos from wedding and others from different times of our lives, bank statements and taxes. Is that enough? 🤨

health insurance, vehicle insurance both names mentioned, your lease or mortage ,, affidavit from friends or family , anything that u have both names on it

@Wendy Hernandez you have one very strong that is the kids Bierh Certificates ,it is so strong ,if you have lease together and bill and some photos that should be snot ,you don’t really need to much ,because you have one very strong !!

you will do great. other things are living situation (lease or mortgage or house deed) and cars (lease, title etc). but I’m sure you’re good with kids.
