How long will we still wait?
Everyday that we are waiting for the AOS the more I am getting anxious, anyone on the same boat? I am from the Philippines and not many people apply or gets approved for EB1A so I have been Current since I started the process but still I don’t know what’s taking long on this approval. Starting to get frustrated, almost every other day I try to check with Emma but they give a generic answer.

your EAD and AP were pretty fast though, I wish my AP gets approved fast because I would like to travel

it also depends on priority date. looks close and likely in the next 1-2 months. try the senator office to check for you- may help in some cases

@G P Do you think reaching out to a Senator will help? I was actually thinking about it, reached out to Emma today and she said an officer is already reviewing my case and the next update I will receive is for the Decision
