How long will it take?
Does anyone know about waiting time? My daughter applied for me and she is in USA but i am out of the country.

Im an immediate relative and my daughter asked about my status to attorney in there and they said that i have to wait for only one calendar to get result. That means for at least Case number. Right now i have got only receipt number.

most i see is 15 months. i also have pending IR-5. submitted Nov 2024. most of getting updates now are April and May 2024
