@pabitra subedi it means 97% people recived approval on their case and 8% people received (request for additional evidence )RFE

Hello, good evening, my request is from 08/22/2021, wives of a resident of Peru, California processing center, on February 21, 2022, actively reviewed, 15 days ago the address was changed and I received an email notifying the change, but with mail from Nebraska and today for the second time it indicates actively reviewed by USCIS but dated September 27, 2022.

Initially it was California and but I received an email with the change of address that we requested but the center was from California, I am F2A from Peru.

@ Yasmin take a look at the Visa bulletin regarding priority dates. I think you may have gotten trapped in the COVID backlog.
