ir seems like you are too much close, be patience, you should get approved by this year, or if by early 2025 you are not approved yet you must send and inquire

have you contacted USCIS to check if your case was lost? USCIS is adjusting cases with the final date as 1st of May, 2016 (cut off date when they accept I-485 applications. Your I-130 should have been approved by now (long time ago)
