Rfe reply was delivered by fedex at 9:00am, got uscis is reviewing it status on same day around 6:00pm, and case was approved next day 8:00am

Could be a day, could be months or even a year sometimes.

i know someone got approved within 2 days, also know someone who has been waiting for 3 months, depends on your luck

I submitted mine then got another interview notice, there is a lot of scrutiny u can’t really tell .
