I did but I had to filled out a form I sent it back they submitted it to USCIS but no response as yet

I didn’t do the interview they descheduled it and todays date they have not rescheduled it.

yes I did. and also on paper too. and I got one stated that it is cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

You can also sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
