How long does it take for the NVC to issue the Visa after USCIS approves your petition
hello !
my case was applied through I-130, I was out in the category F4 and last year in FEB I received an email by USCIS the my petition has been approved and my case is being transferred to NVC for further processing, but since then I haven’t received any word from them.
How long does it normally take for NVC to issue you the visa ?

You have to contact NVC, last year and you have still not heard from NVC to start the consular process? Contact them ASAP.

I contacted NVC within the first 45 days, they replied that due to the unavailability of Visa in my category I will have to wait.

have you checked your PD? you wont receive a Interview date until your current in that category

it may take up to 3 or May be 5 years in my case

my pd in 2019 and my case from USCIS has been approved in 2020 but my case still waiting in NVC so how many time i need to upload all documents and pay the fees in NVC ?!!
