How long does it take after interview to get approved notice.??
😔 I went to my interview today everything went smooth but I didn’t get an approval or a denial …. how longer is the wait … based on a I-485 marriage based .

it can take up to 120 days for them to decide. It’s only been one day. give it at least a month.
this doesn’t mean you are going to get denied.

@Richard s. , everything went smooth but still it makes me nervous , my attorney told me not all officers are able to approve or deny cases only supervisors are .

@aseret don’t worry you will get approved soon. I got my approval after 1 month. my case was on review till I got approved. what field office did you have your interview please?

I hope so it gets scary lol mostly because a lot of cases are approved the same day
