How long do I have to wait for my ead and ap
any one similar date as mine?
I already made expedite 2times and congressional inquiry 2month ago. no response still
please advise.

I noticed national benefits center is been slow lately little to no case approved by this center lately did you try to expedite your case I’ll be 200 days tomorrow nothing yet as well I’ll be praying for you

I did it in August. We received an answer from USCIS that my case is in the final stage but who knows when they will approve it 🤣🤣🤣 This was one week ago.

it’s terrible how USCIS works, they don’t follow their own guidelines….it’s inhuman what they are doing with us. I hope both get good news soon!!

I think they only approve ppl who applied in this summer, cause I see so many of them got their ead and ap within 1-2 months after submission. So unfair and unprofessional.

NBC just got my EAD approval today. after 3 requests to expedite. October 25.

it is still pending as well. status still at fingerprints/biometrics. I only tried to expedite for ead only though not ap.
