@Alta-Zoe de la cruz exacto cuando uscis te aprueba debes esperar te llegue la carta, a veces llega super rapido en otras ocasiones puede tardarse hasta un mes. con esa carta si el beneficiario esta afuera de USA se llena la etapa de NVC y luego esperas entrevista

@Juan Trinidad molina I have the same issue.. they approved my case 22 april and still don’t receive the welcoming letter it’s been a month !!!
