vawa approved on august 2024, no changes on i-485.

@Chucks chachacha I have no idea , I emailed my lawyer she said called them but they put her on hold for 30 minutes with no response , I’m so frustrated and sad.

my I-485 was applied when I was married 2019, and my Vawa got approved 01 October 2024 still I-485 in Vermont no changes and no rfe or medical…….any suggestions what should I do

MY vawa was approved March 2024.. had my GC in hand July 2024

@Chucks chachacha I called USCIS many times trying to expedite the I-485 but I think what truly helped was reaching out to the senator. they didn’t expedite, but I feel that the case was approved right after!!

@Chucks chachacha My vawa was approved in Sept and my I485 says they are working on it at NBC. Is that good? My priority date is June 2021

@I'm waiting sometimes they process it at NBC then local office, mine is at NBC too. It’s sad USCIS doesn’t have a fixed pattern and we don’t even know what to expect, RFE or maybe interview or approval.

my took 4 -5 month Vawa apply 8/7/21 approved 10/5/23 485 ask medical 1/2/24 receive 2/2/24 485 approved 2/16/24 gc home 3/2/24

my pd on 360 was 7/7/12
