We are August 24 ( PD July 3rd) and also at Potomac very similar to you. Processing time to complete is sitting at 13.5 months currently which actually dropped from 14.5. My best guess would be September but praying for approval sooner

you never know I saw some October people got approved @16 Aug 2023 CR1 it now about time or anything it’s up to the officers who is handling your case
some people from August got approved in may also so don’t worry your time is very near
