How Can I Get Refund After USCIS double payment ?
I submitted my EB2-NIW premium processing petition in June this year, the checks were cashed in July.
Later, I received a rejection notice. After several back and forth, I had to submit my credit card details and my petition this month and it was finally received.
I need assistance with how I can get the refund for my initial payment.
Please help me out 🙏😭😭

if the amount was cashed already you won’t get a refund. it’s a done deal

Try disputing with your credit card company if it shows pending you could get a claim back. if it already went through, ask Emma on the USCIS page for assistance. Good luck
