I think they are not issuing EAD/I-131 anymore. I have a friend in Washington DC and her lawyer told her that USCIS is currently working in old cases like yours and mine. my case is from Sep 2021 and like you I contacted my congress lady and did everything I could but nothing happened. Three days ago I received a RFE for I-693 and it’s probably because they waived my interview. wait a little bit more I know it’s frustrating but they are working on our cases. if you just want to do something read about the ombudsman and contact them and they maybe have responses for you.

@sahar khan same here houston no ead/131 yet aug 15 2021.. did submit service request already passed 30 days still no luck they gave me the number will call them tomorrow again
