so she comes and stay till I get my Cifizen and fill for her or she needs to do the back and forth until that time.

she can only visit you as a tourist

AW the process is 12-15 months when you petition for your parents. and again you cannot file as a permanent resident. if needs be you can get advice from a lawyer. good luck 👍

I just try a visiting visa for my Mom. with all the docs the ask for and then she got it. with a lot of prayers. but the interview date took like forever before we got the date.
