what's the RFE about?

which center? and when did you receive the RFE?

Texas visa center and it shows they send the rfe since February 22 2021 but I did not receive it yet

I can't reach anyone when I call the operator speaks asks for my receipt number I tell and it's just automatic they don't transfer me to an agent

how can I reach an agent ??

there's a way to get to talk to an agent when you call but I seem not to remember how. let's hope someone comes and explain to you better

say you lost your receipt number and you’ll get over to an agent

they say call back when you have a receipt number

I call this number 1-800-375-5283 and all I said is I lost my receipt number and within a min I’m talking with a rep
