Hii everyone please help me with my case ..this is Mike...last month in June I submitted my biometric for i485 and I 360 ..now one month later got update for i360 requesting for evidence (RFE)..
anyone please help me with this kind of situation that what will they ask for additional evidence and what should be done..did anyone face this kind situation..and how long does it take to approval of case ?

it happened to me too. All what they requested for were the things that we submitted earlier, so my attorney re-packaged everything while I also added four Witness Letters as new evidences. My advice is to get good attorney to prepare your case. The journey is extremely long and frustrating, but what can we do than to be patient
