please don’t not travel on your advance parole. It’s not safe and it’s not guaranteed that they will let you back in the United States

my attorney suggested "not to travel on AP as of now" please do not travel

I have I 131 and I 765 approved documents .It is helpful to re entry right ? then why it is not safe to travel?

I’ve seen a lot of person on the app saying that they travel and they don’t have any issue coming back so if you just prayout if it’s really emergency and you have to go just go ahead just God I heard that last year and I did went over for Christmas and New Year’s and came back and I didn’t have any issues

95% of ppl which criminal records wont get advanced parole so idk why do people apply and they are afraid.... no one is this community is CBP so nothing anyone here can say that should help you to decide is your LAWYER said its fine then whats the concern???

How much time did it take for your EAD & Advance parole approval?

would you be considered to have a criminal record if you was arrested but not charged or convicted and the case was dropped and close and you have a letter of disposition?

My lawyer says she doesn't recommend it to me, at the end of the day it's your decision

my 2 friends with ead AP got deported forecefully saying that intentionally you filed for vawa in August

@blessed & favored , if you have ever been served NTA and case dismissed, you can travel depending on choice. if your NTA/ removal is not canceled or dismissed yet, u can’t get approved for AP. I have been in removal proceedings before and have traveled 3ce(2023,2024&2025). Traveling depends on choice. I pray we all get favored.

@Vishwanath reddy raghunath I don’t believe your comment here. I could maybe understand if one of your friends got deported with EAD and AP and they filed VAWA, but two friends of yours??? Do you know what the mathematical possibility of that is—unless you have thousands of friends in the U.S. who only have AP and EAD based on VAWA?
