you should call them and see with them what can be done…. maybe resend the notice? check on their website for a e-request too. did your status online changed?

I don't think you have missed, usually they send the letter at least 30 days before. Don't worry too much.

If you have USCIS accout, try to login and in the go to document tab. I got similar notification earlier this month and about to call them but found electronic copy of it in documents section. Hope that helps.

For future reference create an online account at usps.com There you can sign up for Informed Delivery. The post office scans all incoming mail. You will be able to see the pieces of mail that’s being delivered to your mailbox. It can serve as proof for the future. Good luck!

@aaliyah, my understanding is if you didn’t file a form online you won’t see a third tab called documents. you will see your case status and case history only for each submitted forms.

I filed by mail and all Notices of Action letters are available online in the documents tab.

I read in the past if it wasn’t an application made online then you wouldn’t see that tab

@aaliyah bless, a tier 2 officer can send you a pdf copy to your email when they call. Ensure you talk to a tier 2 Uscis officer. Don’t let them reschedule your biometrics appointment, it will delay your case.
