Yes once your Vawa is approved u get C31 ead even if you already have C09 ead.

I did not receive C31 EAD, instead I got my C09 renewal approved 3 weeks after my vawa approval.

@imo imo my lawyer applied for me …. he applied all together ….april 2022 and dec 2022 i got work permit co9p which is still valid for more then 9 months and i got my vawa approved in dec 2023
