why u didn't filed both?

um from a counslar processing not adjustment of status

meerub u have to wait maybe 1 more year

mine is 10 march but still not approved i130

yeah till december i know there will no movement but the i130 take 13-14 months why so are so late tho did u recieve any rfe

@arbab m which service centre your case is is it texas service centre Scoops or another because it depends which service centre your case is

@Meerub Mehmood no thats not true i also think the same way but its different mine is also Texas service center so u can have an idea this thing maybe can change but for me it like more than 16 month but not any single change

i saw in a lot of blogs and facebook pages, since February 2026 everything is stopped because there are some changes in the immigration office, but i hope this doesn't delay all cases 🥲
