I have my master hearing on July 16th ,2024. my I-130 was approved yesterday 06/11/2024.
I sent a request for dismissal of removal proceedings.

I think you need to wait until you’re no longer in removal proceedings or else they’ll administratively close your case … I would be using a lawyer for guidance. you don’t want to screw this up.

do not send it in now you have to wait until its all done with the court once you have the proof of it being terminated then you can proceed to file
