@nav singh @Ena 22 @God Bless Sinner uscis asking pretty much everything, i would send everything with some extra evidence of shared resistance little evidence would make big impact for sure , plus fbi background check. local police report,you must include psychological report.

I had Noid it took them 6 months to make decision.

@nav singh @God Bless Sinner @Ena 22 @bahi mansi plus you will have to get refund i601 fees as you’re vawa recipient, uscis will refund your fees . yes I got Noid and rfe and approval of vawa. as approved vawa your are protected from all deportation. yes mine got approved.
