Hi everyone
I have an I-130 (F2A – spouse/children under 21) filed on September 22, 2023. USCIS has shown ‘Case is Being Actively Reviewed’ since November 1, 2023, and I haven’t received any updates yet. Has anyone who filed in September 2023 or later already received an approval? How long did it take for you? Thank you!”

you have to wait for your case to become current and check the us visa bulletin every month, as of today all F2A cases with priority date before Sep 1 2022 are current
