when you get to the United States after ur vacation an officer will send you to another room for another background check this check is to just verify if you have no criminality and also your case still pending

you were able to enter United state of America with a visa from your country American embassy u were able to coming without any problem. so how much more you have a pending case with uscis and you have permission to be granted advance parole to go and come back . if they won’t grant you the advance parole they will denied u. I will say if you don’t have any criminal records or you have not abandoned ur case you are good .

ok, you need to contac your congressman, theres a website where you can find the congressman of you city in that website. you call, they will send you a form you need to fill out, and the congressman’s team will ask USCIS for you why your case is taking soo long

when ever you travel with advance parole you should travel with American Airlines like delta airlines

every case is different. I had no issues. just came back from europe. i am a normal dude, no criminal record, no traffic ticket no nothing... so i would say it is definetely safe especially when you are married to a us citizen. dont watch some dump youtube folks, AP is made to travel period.

if you don’t killed someone or criminal on your record no worries
