I thought only U.S citizens can file 485 maybe I am wrong too. look into it.

@Baby Love yes I was issued a EAD and I-131 which I traveled on. I filed in 2022 got denied in September 2024 because of a RFE they claimed I didn’t respond to which I did. I just refiled Nov 29 and dec 3 i485 changed to actively reviewing

@Faith 🙏 I pray that it will work out for you this time. I filed in 2022 also I’m still waiting. My case was transferred from nbc to my local field office. Been there almost a year now “December 2023” I’m just hoping for the best.

2021 march applied myself i130, i485 together. i485 denied 11/30/2023, 12/08/2023 approved. reapply for i485 02/09/2024 and I hired lawyer to respond rfe 05/10/2024.

hello ash en. you applied for aos as a parent to a minor? I have a similar case. files to adjust status for child under 21 they accepted it and sent letter for biometrics. I make 72k and filed taxes all supporting documents to prove relationship sent. PD for I-130 is march 8 23. did you get denied for taxes initially? or something else

@Natalie Scott I applied through my husband his income was too low. You’re income looks good. I think you should be fine.

my case was denied based on previous marriage wasn't finalized after all the reason why was denied situated, did I need to annulled the first marriage with the same person my wife or just go to court and remarry her again and refill again,,please anyone with same issue thanks
