they don’t work today….wait till Monday. you go to the uscis website, go to the drop down menu and click on ask Emma, type live agent and follow what it is promoted to you

when you call tell them you dont have a receipt number and you would like to obtain one. they gonna ask you if you send your application to a service center or lock box. please tell them service center. this is the only thing i did to get to them. its was difficult at first. God bless you
