..https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative put in your zipcode you can either call or email them and let them know whats going on and they will let you know what they will need from you to try and help you

I guess it will take a lot of time to this process to move foward. California service center may take more than 113 months (9 years) to take a real decision on this kind of process. As I am seeing right now, your process have around 4 years.

if you look at the immigration website, you will see about the processing time of your process accordingly to the category of it. Son/daughter over 21 could take up to 13 years to be processed.

but my visa category is F2B , not F1
