you have to apply for it thru them. it's over five hundred dollars to get it from them

yes you need to contact your POE, I feel they messed up your information in their system or else you should have got the information, when did you enter the USA last time?

i94 only shows last 5 years travel record. I received mine when submitting in 2020; last month I tried to reprint and it only showed the very last trip I took

but I’ve only been here 3 years and they removed it ever since I submitted my applications to USCIS which isn’t fair for me to pay $500 because they chose to remove my information

I came here 2018 so it’s only been 3 years

I'm here over five years and mines are still on there website

So Kimmy, did you submit an i94 with your application? Or are you just now trying to submit? Your post says both.

form I-102 on USCIS website will allow you to submit a request for an I-94 copy. my I-94 was almost 15 years old and I was able to get it this way.

there’s no charge, you should be able to retrieve it. I can see at least 5 years of record in my I-94 website. 2nd they did some mistakes I contacted them over phone and sent an email they were able to correct it

@mary Mary I already submitted my I360 and i765. I got a copy of my i94 last year before I did those but now I’m trying to submit my I485 and I went back on the site looking for my I94 and it’s not there anymore they removed it

@lori f but you have to pay $500 for it. they normally remove it after 5 years then make you pay for it by applying for the I102 but mine is only 3 years so I shouldn’t have to pay for it since it’s not yet 5 years and they are the ones who removed it after I submitted my application to them
