Generally USCIS take upto 10 months for 485 processing. You are still within processing time. Maybe a month later if there is no movement then I would contact senator for an inquiry.

EB1-1 here filled in May 5th Texas Center. I received Combo card. nothing else. As you I also thought we were between 6-7 months if you have more info please do let me know!

@A F, if your application already exceeded avearage processing time. Try contact your congressman & if nothing come out of it, file mandamus lawsuit.

just found out something very interesting. using the silent check in USCIS I noticed that they indicate that I didn’t go for my biometrics but on the platform and visible indications shows it as checked.. has anyone see this before?

how did you find that out?

in Reddit they have a link you place in the website after you log in and shows any background info on your case

talked to a live agent and there are no issues. the processing time is now 10 months total with my lawyers estimating about a year..

Hi, I am May 13, EB1A AOS filer. Still waiting, last api update was on 25 November as the case got transferred to field office. Hopefully these cases will start moving forward…

I submitted my I-485 on May 2, Plus EAD with it but still waiting for both Also, I submitted medicals too was approved for I-140 April 1st - I-140 approval May 2 submitted I-485 and EAD ( Texas Service Center) May 28 I did fingerprints right my case at NBC The May 28 interview was waived Are there similar cases?

Hi @iordanis kesisog I didn’t. My lawfully cohort hasn’t had anyone approved since then. It still reads the same number of approved and pending. Mine is now beyond ten months, while the median processing time is roughly 11 months. Hopefully we’ll see our cases approved soon.

I checked a website and it shows that only block of 100 IOE cases, it has 10 i485 applications. From which, 6/10 got approved in December. according to Ai eb1-2 are high end so they have to be manually approved. hope that helps. in addition I see that Eb1-2s are approved in about 260 days… yet…. with the current political situation resources in USCIS are constantly reallocation causing delays..

update here, finally was approved on the system, about to reach 23month since filing, it took 2 congressman and WOM filed to finaly get attention to my case. g. luck for all those still on this journey.

I got an email from the government in the morning! that’s about 10 months of waiting
