where do I take the notice

they will tell you on the notice the time, place ,and date

all they sent me was recipe

they have only sent receipt only

yes now you just have to wait for the biometrics notice

I did the same in June 2021, still waiting on approval, just wait.... they will send you the information and you follow the instruction.

no I don't know the address all I know they will send you to the one that is the nearest to the address they have on file for you

yes they will mail it to you biometrics is when they take you picture and fingerprints

so I just wait now ooo I been waiting since October 19 2021 now

yes just have to wait they received my case April 27,2021 and they send me the biometrics notice in July and the appointment was August 10,2021 and 2 days after my case changed to ready the be scheduled for interview and nothing since then just waiting

wow yes my wife will do her interview in Lagos Nigeria we just need approval for USA that is what we need now

@sue I am a Jamaican too my husband is the US I am here too but my problem is not knowing if I should go ahead and file i485 or I should wait on the approval of i130 because when I submitted it, the noticed said I should wait but others said I don't have to

yes the US say that it can take up to one year for our case to get approval

wow from my understanding uscis processing time for each country is different

TW.W yes I have I submitted it all at once I went through a lawyer the only thing that wasn't send in was medical because the lawyer said due to backlog it might take longer and if I send the medical in with everything else I might have to do it over so as soon as I receive my interview date I will do medical

@omowale Amir, my brother u have to wait ooo. Pd was May 17th, a week later I got a receipt and creating of an account online. The status just changed on October 18th to actively reviewing and since then, it has been the same. So all I can tell u is to wait because for the biometrics, if they have your recent biometrics, they will use that one so there won’t be any appointment for biometrics. And also, it depends on the center that’s processing your case. Some of the centers takes more than a year to be processed. My sister’s own was at California and she filed in 2017, her husband just got an interview date, so u can imagine. We just have to pray to God so that they can process ours. 🙏🏿
