hello guys my case just updated after almost 2 years
my case was updated today my I-539 is been reviewed and they sent a notice informing of the action they intend to take on my case what is that even mean of course I have to wait until my lawyer gets it I-485 still pending

I-485 is pending for 2 years? Think about suing as pro se, you will get a decision within 60 days. Youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" we got helped as other people.

yes it was updated fingerprints were taken but that’s it
