@yark Sher u just summit ur vawa case 134,days ago and they already send u an RFE? that’s crazy I have 577days since I summit my vawa case and I haven’t received any RFE yet and thank God! I only received 2 prima facies so far and still waiting good luck !

@Mrkvica M my asylum case is administratively closed, my lawyer file only I-360, am I able to file for I-485 or I have to wait to approved for I-360?

your adjustment of status is under the immigration judge’s jurisdiction. you have to wait for your VAWA to get approved first, terminate asylum court case, then file I-485. what was your rfe for?
