im an October 2022 filer, not 1 single prima facie either. not sure if its a good or bad sign, time Will tell, let’s just hope for the best and keeping praying to God

@M D I file Oct 2022 never received prima facie only travel documents and work authorization I get

I filed April 4th and got 4 PF my EAD about to expire but I already reapplied

I fied March 2022 & got 6 PF with two EAD.when should I get decision??

@Mili Jay Have you received your receipt notice yet? I reapplied two weeks ago but haven't received anything yet.

Oh wow so there are several of ya'll not receiving prima facie, although some of you got some sort of documents, I haven't had any like @Jesus baby and @RD . Thank you for sharing, I don't feel left out anymore, not that I'm happy but I thought I was the exception, the 1 in a million. God bless everyone!

me too. I send full package in November 2022 , and only receipts, no prima facie signs

@ALss ryz do you think is because of our lawyers? Like they didn't send the necessary paperwork or our situations?

@M D I don’t know. but if not enough paperwork why immigration don’t send us a Rf for more proofs!

no, not yet and I called USCIS and they said they have no record in their system yet. they are working on thousands of applications that get mailed in the agent said

@Jesus baby for good moral and proof of residency, *note: I had to obtain the letter through my congresswoman because my lawyer never got it in the mail

@M D oh wow, what is proof of residency though? and what will you be submitting as proof for good moral?

@Jesus baby proof that I lived with the abuser and good moral is the police report like a local background check like for tickets or criminal records.
