Hello, everyone! Our case was filed in Dec 2011 for F4 category. On June 2024 case migrate to ELIS and its been 20 months still no response. I’m from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Can anyone share their feedback if they have same status or if they are similar to my case?

Don’t expect anything for the next 3 years, since Pakistan is on the banned list. Or maybe if the Democrats win Congress this year in November & gain a significant majority, only then something could happen.

@Cecil Anwar your case will move as scheduled, but since their is a Visa Pause, it will be stuck till Visa is issued...Case movement is based on VB...

check on new ioe recipet add that new recipet number in lawfullly may be they have send you every thing
