hello
my case been approved by uscis since 2018 now it was at NVC then I requested to expedite my case they did. Also my daughter was affected by the earthquake in Haiti in I’m also a us citizen the NVC sent my case to haiti on Monday the consulate in Haiti sent it right back to uscis. I would like to know why my case being send back to uscis? Thank you

I contacted my state Senator the make the process quicker the give me a responded in two weeks
