Hoping to get a response tomorrow since it will be a year since I filed. Requested for an expedite since March and haven’t got any response yet. the congressman office also will not call uscis since my case is apparently under normal processing time. btw i have no i130 too (still waiting).

very quick. we were together. the officer said that we would receive an answer within a week. Since then we haven’t heard from them
