Typically, I don’t think she lies. However, if this were happening to many people, just like she mentioned, then there should be videos from different attorneys or Reddit posts about it. I know about the Indian people and the fake VAWA cases, but what about the rest? Are there actual cases involving people with legitimate pending VAWA applications?

Yeah, but she was speaking very generally, not specifically about people who overstayed illegally or have a criminal background. She was talking about everyone with a pending VAWA case and advance parole. @David D

I re-entered on June 9th through Chicago O’Hare airport. My finger prints and picture was taken, then I was sent to secondary inspection. There was a number of persons ahead of me so the wait time was over an hour. They called my name I entered a room with an agent who explained that he will be taking my prints and taking my picture. Then he will upload it to the system and I will be good to go home. That’s what he did and we were done. I have pending VAWA, No removal or criminal record.

Last night I picked up someone from JFK who was traveling on advance parole. He told me CBP asked him several questions, including whether he had filed for VAWA, whether his spouse was abusive, what his current address is, whether he still lives with her, and to describe the abuse

I arrived at JFK in January 2026, and they asked me similar questions. It took around 2 hours including the waiting time, but that does not mean they revoked my Advance Parole. The attorney in the video is saying she received countless calls from different people arriving at different airports, claiming their Advance Parole was revoked at the port of entry. That’s why I’m trying to understand if this is actually happening to many people or if these are specific cases with other issues involved. @Gull Kaan

@tired from waitingg I was asked which country I travelled to and what I took back by the first officer. In secondary inspection the Officer asked if we enjoyed our trip. That was the only question asked. No I didn’t witness any harassment. It was very private. just make sure if you’re connecting you have sufficient time between connections because the wait time can be up to 2 hrs.

has anyone traveled to Mexico with A/p? or any island around outside the usa.

@Lady S did you travel with the Advance parole card or document because I know of someone who has a Emergency Advance parole to travel abroad because of his father who passed away he want to go attend the funeral but is getting anxiety with all the crazy videos he is in NYC

I returned home last night and the vetting process is rigid travel with evidence on your case of what happened. they asked questions about ex husband, my attorney , the nature of abuse if I had police records or anything to show i was questioned sent back to have a seat , called again to show evidence sent back to sit , missed my connecting flight which was a 2hrs and 23 minutes connection

what airport did you enter ?? I know someone who is traveling with the emergency advance parole because of parents death .. they will be back in 7 days time ❤️
